WARRANTY

American Eagle Wheel Corporation warrants at the time of shipment:

That its products are free from defects in material and workmanship and are suitable for normal road use only, not for on or off road racing.

Subject to the following conditions:

Proper installation / application instructions (as described on the backside of the AEWC wheel carton) have been adhered to.

bullet

Product has not been subject to misuse, accident, neglect, chemical attack or modification.

bullet

American Eagle Wheels Corporation or the retailer receives timely notification of the defect.

Structural: Lifetime Warranty

Polished Wheels:

American eagle wheel Corporation offers no cosmetic warranty. Polished wheels require frequent maintenance to maintain their luster.

In order to maintain as close to an original finish as possible, wheels must be cleaned and polished regularly (frequency depends on driving habits and road conditions). Use only cleaners that are specifically designed to use on non-clear coated, polished aluminum wheels.

Chrome Wheels:

American Eagle Wheel Corporation offers a 1 year from date of purchase warranty on Chrome plated wheels, subject to the conditions above and the following:

The wheels were supplied by AEWC as plated.

bullet

Proper tire mounting equipment (non front flange contacting) was used during installation.

bullet

All Others: 1 Year

Warranty Claim Procedure:

NOTE: We do not cover expenses incurred for freight removal and/or installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconveniences or any other consequential damages. If you have, or suspect that you have a defective product, return the product, freight prepaid, to the selling outlet or to an American eagle Wheel distribution outlet, complete with your name, address, phone number, place / date or purchase, and a description of the defect. We will, upon receipt of the product, examine the product, and notify you of our findings. If defective and covered under this warranty, we will ship replacement product to you, freight prepaid. If not defective, or the condition is not covered by this warranty we return the product to you, as received, freight collect.

IT IS THE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND RETORQUE THE LUG NUTS. RECHECK LUG NUT TORQUE WITHIN THE FIRST 50 MILES DRIVEN, AND PERIODICALLY THEREAFTER. FAILURE TO RECHECK THE LUG NUT TORQUE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS ACCIDENT.
